Top athletes will immediately settle into the fitness center, but more importantly, we’ve optimized our technology and programs to be as equally comfortable, approachable and fun for non-athletes who want to easily incorporate fitness and well-being into their lives.
World Class Exercise Technology
Throughout the day and throughout the seasons the atrium inspired fitness center inside the Anschutz Wellness Building brims with light. For the main fitness floor we have partnered with internationally recognized Technogym to provide cutting edge exercise and workout equipment. Founded 20 years ago by Nerio Allesandri in Italy, Technogym has been the international sponsor for the Sydney, Athens, Turin and Beijing Summer Games.
Working with staff physiologists and fitness specialists, you can define your own aspirational training program and your personalized digital key will automatically set performance and resistance characteristics of the Technogym equipment as you move from station to station. You’ll be able to conveniently track all of your personal fitness data through the Center’s website. As you exercise you can bring your own iPod or take advantage of DirectTV channels found on many of the machines. And floating above is an indoor track that, with floor to ceiling glass windows, you will feel like you’re running outdoors in 72 degree comfort year round!
Group Classes
The Center features several exercise studios and our exercise pool which will be home to our robust group exercise programs that will include all many traditional types of classes, such as floor aerobics, step, group cycling and yoga, as well as cutting-edge offerings that will be certain to challenge and delight you.

Aquatic Center
Water based exercise that provides both resistance and reduced gravity is available on the lower level with group exercise and therapy pools. As a perfect option for post-weekend activity recovery, or an ultimate office break, the co-ed whirlpool offers a relaxing respite at any time of day.
A Spa Experience Within Walking Distance
The downstairs men’s and women’s locker rooms have been designed with the same care and attention to detail as that of a private club. Spacious saunas and steam rooms are in both, along with lockers, private showers and a plentiful supply of towels and toiletries. Upstairs, in our wellness services wing, you will be able to book an appointment for a massage, acupuncture, cosmetic dermatology assessment, body composition assessment, metabolic rate and other services integral to wellness.
